Barbara Ann Evans was born on November 24th, 1959 in Naples, Texas To the parentage of Mr. Delwynn Ray Boyd and Mrs. Martine Wallace Boyd. Barbara Ann Evans was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. She attended Paul Pewitt High School class of 1979. Barbara united in marriage to Jerry Lee Evans in 1982 and to the union three sons were born. In 2015, she retired with over 45 years of experience as a police dispatcher for Morris County and Mount Pleasant Police Department. She was preceded in death by her parents, her grandparents, brothers Steven Christopher Boyd, Dennis Ray Boyd, and her sister Veta Renee Boyd. Barbara's memory will forever be cherished by: her sons, Derrick J. Evans of Naples, TX, Tyrin J. Evans of Texarkana, AR, Christopher J. Evans of Birmingham. AL: her sister, Irish Russell, and her two nieces Shaqueria Jones and Jasmine Boyd of Dallas, Texas and a host of other relatives and friends.
