Mrs. Belinda Garcia was born to Richard and Bertha Garcia on September 3, 1961 in Victoria, Texas. Belinda attended Victoria Public Schools and graduated from Victoria High School June 1, 1979. She then attended University of Houston-Victoria in 1980 and moved to Houston in 1981. Belinda also attended University of Houston-Downtown. Belinda married Steven L. White on June 19, 1993 and accepted Jesus Christ as her personal savior at New Light Christian Center in 1995. Their son, Jordon Christopher White was born July 18, 1996. On Tuesday, October 20, 2020, Belinda departed this life, never to suffer, have pain or sorrow again as God promised. Belinda leaves to cherise her memories: Husband, Steven L. White and son Jordon C. White, Houston; brother Raul Garcia (Mondel), Houston, Texas; Richard Garcia, Maumelle, Arkansas; and sister Trina Garcia, Victoria, Texas and many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Belinda is preceded in death by her father, Richard Garcia, Sr. and her mother, Bertha Garcia.
