Bruce Allen Bolton "Monk" was born in Winnsboro, TX., on May 10, 1965, to James Charles White and

Velma Jean Bolton. Bruce was the youngest son of his mother's children.

Bruce graduated from Union Hill High School in 1983. After high school he went to work for his

father, at J.C White Construction Company. He worked with his father until his father passed away. He then went to work for Freddy Jones Construction Company and J.C. White Funeral & Cremation Servies, where he worked until his health failed.

He attended Bethlehem Baptist Church in Gilmore, TX, during his tender years of life where we accepted Christ. Later in life, he attended Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Mt. Pleasant and rededicated his life to Christ.

Bruce lived his adult life in Pittsburg, TX. He was there for thirty plus years and could be seen smiling and laughing all over the community. He had two sons Dekevious Bolton and Brandon Bolton, whom he loved dearly.

Bruce was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and a friend. He loved to spend time with his

family and friends. He touched the lives of so many people and filled our lives with laughter. "Monk" will truly be missed by

people all over.

He is preceded in death by his parents, a sister Cassandra Cunningham, and six brothers

Russell Bolton, Barry Bolton, Don Bolton, Larry Brisco, Lawerence Williams, and Jason White.

Bruce leaves to cherish his memories, his two sons Dekevious Bolton and Brandon Bolton, his two grandchildren: Ariana Bolton, and Bailey

Bolton, bonus mother, Missionary Mae Lois White; and other relatives and friends.
