Carl Ray Washington was born January 7, 1959 in Mt. Pleasant, Texas, to his loving parents Jesse Dean (J.D.) Ivory and Joann Washington.

Carl received his education at Mt. Pleasant School district. He worked as a Carpenter and was man with many skills. He was a loving husband, stepfather and grandfather and he loved his family and friends
