Charles Ray Elliott was born on December 31, 1956, in Dallas, Texas, to Sylvester M. Elliott and Earlene Carol Elliott. He passed away peacefully on November 17, 2019. Charles was a 1976 graduate of Skyline High School in Dallas, Texas. He was preceded in death by his wife of 20 years, Myrtis Burns Elliott; his father, Sylvester M. Elliott; both paternal and maternal grandparents; two brothers, Lyvester Elliott and Allen Elliott; and one sister ,Cathy Edwards. He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Earlene Carol Elliott of Myrtle Springs, Texas two brothers, Bobby Joe Elliott (Ella) of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, and Johnny Franklin Elliott of Lewisville, Texas; two sisters, Leuwenia McAffee of Myrtle Springs, Texas, and Ilean Smith of Dallas, Texas; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
