Charlotte Jo Evans was born September 3, 1963, in Mt. Vernon, TX, to Joe and Lue Reace Evans. She attended Mt. Vernon schools in her youth and was a dedicated student. Her dedication continued into her adult life, where she was employed for over 20 plus years at Jobs Mission Manor, Terry Heaven and Focus Car. She was employed at Pleasant Springs and Greenhill Villas for 10 plus years. Charlotte entered into eternal rest on January 6, 2020, in Mt. Vernon, TX. She leaves to cherish her memories, Her children, Monneique Evans; Rhonda Evans (Jeremy Sumrow), Mark Fountain (Shirley) and Latasha Fountain all of Mt. Vernon, TX; her siblings, Ray Evans (Shannon) of Hagansport, TX, Stanly Evans (Cindy) of Sulphur Springs, TX and Cejie, Evans of Tyler, TX; The Father of her children, Mark Fountain, Sr.; Twelve grand- children Zakiereya, Marquavous, Xzaureya, Bryshanae, Quence, MaKenzie, Jr., Wilton, Jr., Kajmiere, Starlete, Ellayah, Markasia, Mark III; two great-grand-children and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Charlotte was truly loved and will be missed.
