Ernestine W. Hall was born in Hertford, North Carolina to the Late Ernest James Dail and Ruth Wilder Dail.

Ernestine was preceded in death by her husband Herman Hall Jr., her only son Winzola Ricky Allick, brothers George Simpson, Eugene Dail, and sisters Denise Dail Mabine, Velma Jones, and Ramona Dempsey.

She worked in Nursing field for 20+ years.

Ernestine leaves to cherish her memories a sister, Ethel Paskel of Hayward California, and Brenda Dail Ferebee of Tyler, TX, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins. Special friends Devoe Williams, Betty Pettigrew and Margeret Johnson, relatives, and friends.
