Glorious Lavonne Turner (Gloria) was born in Barstow, California on April 25, 1954 to Walter and Grace Turner. Gloria graduated from Highland High School, class of 1972. She attended American River Junior College. She was baptized into the body of the Church of Christ at an early age. She was loved by many and had a positive impact on everyone she encountered. Gloria was preceded in death by her father Walter and mother Grace Turner, brother John Garcia, and sisters Walterene and Brenda Turner. Gloria leaves to cherish her memories her sisters Dinah (Lynn) Knight (Donald), Joann Nixon (Dwight); nephew Scottie Garcia (Nicole), Makenna, Kaylee and Paityn; nephew Jarrett Turner (Angela), Laniyah & Bryson; nephew Waltrez (Sean) Turner, Javonne, & Dasani; nephew Corey Nixon (Kielee), Kyrah; nephew Fred Nixon (Britany), Kortnee and niece Kyla Janay Turner-Ainsworth (Jacob), Jacolby, Jacori, Jonathan, Jack & Emma; surviving aunt Johnnie Mae Henderson; Special Friends Beatrice Roberts, Estelle Adachi-Jose, Judy Green, Laquitta Norman, Judy Reeves, Tia Range, & Sherry Luster; and a host of family and friends.
