Obituary

Howard Earl Veasley was born to the parentage of Roney Howard Veasley Sr. and Augustine Veasley, on Sept. 2, 1975 in Mt. Pleasant, Tx and entered into eternal rest on Nov. 26, 2018, in Dallas, Tx. He leaves to mourn his passing, his wife, Rochelle Veasley; four sons, Tony, Caleb, Daylen and Levi; one daughter, Lashell all of Sulphur Springs, Tx. His parents Roney Howard Veasley Sr. and Augustine Veasley; two brothers, Toney Howard of Mt. Pleasant, Tx and Roney Veasley Jr. (Demetria) of Dallas, Tx.; two sisters, Angela Veasley (Michael), Annie Veasley (Authur) of Mt. Pleasant Tx. A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and special brothers and sisters. Howard attended school in Mt. Pleasant and graduated from Mt. Pleasant High School in 1995. During his high school years, Howard was an outstanding athlete, excelling in powerlifting and in football. After high school, he attended college at Trinity Valley College in Athens, Tx where he also played football. After college, he joined the United States Army, where he served proudly for 14 years. He became a Sergeant and was the recipient of the Purple Heart Medal. Howard received Christ as his Lord and Savior during his teenage years and was a member of Mitchell Chapel COGIC, in Sulphur Springs, Tx at the time of his passing. Howard was such a loving and kind person. He was truly loved and will be deeply missed. He was truly a man of integrity and honor.
