Janet Lee was born to Robert and Zettie Jones on August 26, 1954. She graduated from Daingerfield High School in 1972 and attended college in Texarkana. She worked various jobs before working at Longview School District where she drove School buses for 17 years before retiring. She is preceded in death by her parents Robert and Zettie Jones; one sister, Cecelia Bates; and one brother, Frankie Speech. She leaves to mourn two sons, Rico Lee of Longview and Terry Lee, Jr. of Tyler; 6 brothers, Carl Jones (Thelma) of Dallas, Chester Denmark (Virgie) of Daingerfield, Ernest Denmark (Mildred) of Los Angeles, Gary Jones (Tina) of Longview, Christopher Jones (Gabby) of Omaha, and Byron Boyd of Cason, Texas; 5 sisters, Lillie Carter (William) of Houston, Glenda Mims (James) of Daingerfield, Sheran James (Butch) of Daingerfield, Elaine Echols (Andre) of Dallas, Lucy Davis of Mt. Pleasant; 8 grandchildren, ShaQuoveian, Darron, Terry III, Colin Jeremiah, Keeron, Dagan, and Brittany; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Bob Ann Sommers and Lawanda Sims had a very special place in her heart.
