JoAnn Voner Roberson was born November 17, 1947. Born to James C. Voner in Lawton, Oklahoma. JoAnn was raised in West Dallas, Texas. JoAnn married Albert (A.B.) Roberson on November 24, 1986. They shared 16 years of happiness and love together. She is preceded in death by: Husband- A. B. Roberson Father- James C. Voner Mother- Elisie Voner Sister- Javie Carol Voner Brother- Wilford Voner She leaves behind two sons; James C. Voner and Joseph Voner (Donisha); daughter, Linda Carol Voner; two grandsons, Toria D. Ellis, Jr., and Artis L. Lee; four granddaughters, Briana McCleallan, Sherlondra T. Green, Britarria S. Anderson, DaZary J. Voner; three nieces, Kimberly Washington (Don), Ladetra Voner- Crump (Pheonix), and Willona Nicole Voner, and a host of cousins, great nieces, and nephews. She was gifted and talented in many areas. Singer, song writer, music composer, piano and organ player, sketch artist, producer and seamstress. Mrs. Roberson started out singing at church along with her brother Wilford at the age of 7. In the 80's when she began her quartet singing career. JoAnn sang with groups for 39 years and traveled all over the country singing for the Lord. She then started her production company "Two Crowns Records" adding new music to her long list of hits.
