Jose Manuel Soto was born on January 5, 1969, in Rancho Los Vega de Arriba, Iturbide, Guanajuato, Mexico, the youngest of eight children. He went home to Jesus on June 12, 2020. Jose is predeceased by his parents, Hilario Soto and Carmen Vega de Soto; and two sisters, Alicia Soto Vega and Carmelita Soto Vega. Jose will be forever remembered and loved by his wife of 24 years, Patricia and their two sons, Miguel Angel and Juan Carlos; mother and father-in-law, Catalina and Tony Cervantes; and six sisters, Margarita de la Vega, Lucia Soto, Yolanda Soto, Luisa Olvera, Aurora Cardenas, and Dolores Arvizu; and numerous nieces and nephews.
