In the early morning hours at C.C. Young Senior Living Hospital in Dallas, Texas, Leron Williams passed away on June 3, 2026. He was born to the late Money V. Williams and Lillie Mae Crenshaw Williams in Carthage, Texas. Later, he attended public school in Tyler, Texas. As a young man, he desired to pursue the military and decided to make the United States Army his choice. Upon completion of his military term, he was awarded an Honorable Discharge.

After his arrival back to Texas, Leron was employed by two of the best railroad companies, one of which he later retired from as a Brakeman. During the past years, he took classes from Tarrant County Junior College and received his high school diploma. Throughout the years, he went back to school for various business courses and decided to study for his Real Estate License. That dream became a reality.

Leron received Christ at an early age in a Church of God in Christ congregation. Later in life, he joined Mount Olive Baptist Church in Arlington, Texas.

He leaves to mourn and cherish his memories: his wife, Emerline Williams; one son, Leron Marcellous Williams; one daughter, Demetrica Williams; three grandchildren, Labronica Williams, Destinee (Hamilton) Stone, and Justin Smith. A fourth grandchild, Talyja Smith, preceded him in death. He was also blessed with five great-grandchildren: Lloyd Joshua, Malachi, Aurora, Amelie, and Allyiah.

He also leaves his siblings: Annette Williams, Ardelia Polk (James), Barbara Wright (Eddie), Lillie Young (Billy), Blessa Williams, and Michael M. Williams (Tawunna). Leron was preceded in death by his parents, Money V. Williams and Lillie M. Williams, and his deceased siblings: Joyce Marie Geter Maudale Williams, Vithra Williams, and William V. Williams.
