Magaline Grant was born on October 24, 1967, to the parentage of the late Olice B. & Naomi Grant. She was preceeded in death by her parents, three brothers Charlie B. Grant, Michael W. Grant & Ray Don Grant and one sister Mary Tyler
Sister Magaline grew up and was raised in Pittsburg Tx, where she received her education at PISD
After graduating high school in 1986, she went to Texas College in Tyler, Tx. After a year she came back to Pittsburg where she was a faithful employee for 30 years at Pilgrim's Pride.
In 1995 she heard and accepted the gospel and received the Lord as her personal savior. She served faithfully for years at Miracle Center COGIC under the leadership of Elder Melvin Beall as a Sunday school teacher and the youth leader. In 2004 she later joined Prayer Garden COGIC. She was a faithful member of the Pittsburg District, under the leadership of Supt. Melton Timmons and she was a member of the Texas Northeast Second Jurisdictional Choir under the leadership of Bishop David R. Houston. In 2014 she became a member of the New Beginnings Community Church under the leadership of Elder Jimmy W. Smith Sr where she was the assistant Sunday school teacher, and she was a faithful member until her death. She believed in giving God a 100% at whatever she did.
She leaves to mourn her three sons Jarius Grant and Colton Fluellen of Pittsburg Tx and Carlton (Quaneshia) Fluellen III of Aubrey, Tx and 5 grandchildren
Five Brothers-Robert (Wannetta) Grant, of Mt. Pleasant, Lee A. Grant, of Pittsburg, TX Olice (Vanessa) Grant Jr. of Houston, Tx Donnell (Dorothy) Grant Gilmer, Roy D. Grant of Arkansas and one stepbrother Leonard Grant of Tyler Tx.
Six Sister: Helen Nash of Honey Grove Tx, Laura Walker of Pittsburg Tx, Estell (Jimmy) Smith of Mt. Pleasant Tx, Edna Grant of Atlanta Tx, Sheila (Johnny) Washington of New Boston Tx., and Carla Thomas of Lindale, Tx and one aunt Annie Ruth Thomas of Tyler, Tx, And a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
