Morris Henry Peoples Jr. was born May 18, 1964, to Morris Henry Peoples Sr. and the late Martha Wallace Peoples. He confessed a belief in Christ later in life where he was baptized and became a member of Mercy Seat Baptist Church in Greenville, Mississippi, under the leadership of Rev. Gene Fowler. He served as a deacon until his health failed him. After completing his education at Greenville High school in 1982, he entered the United States Air Force traveling the world until he was honorably discharged. He later returned to Greenville, Mississippi to marry and raise three kids and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He loved listening to music and sports cars. Morris was handsome, fashionable, and charming. He never gave up a fight and even while sick his favorite words were "I'm Fine". He loved his children and grandchildren more than anything. Morris was preceded in death by his mother, Martha Wallace Peoples; (2) two grandsons; Kayden Grayson and Karson Peoples; his grandmothers Ethel Jackson and Ernestine Peoples. He leaves to cherish his precious memories his children Latoya (Terrence)Grayson of Little Em, Texas; Morrissa Peoples of McKinney, Texas, and Morris People III of Tyler, Texas. 3 (three) grandchildren Kameron and Kody Grayson of Little Em, Texas and Arraya Peoples of Mount Pleasant, Texas; His wife Cynthia Peoples of Greenville, Mississippi; his parents, Morris Peoples Sr. and Patricia Peoples of Pittsburg, TX; 4(four) sisters; Yolanda Peoples (Barry Lynn) of Gilmer, TX, Tikishea (Donald) Butler of Leesburg, TX, Celeste Peoples of Chicago, IL, Angela Peoples of Glendora, CA; 2 (two) brothers; Marlon (Renita) Peoples of Pittsburg, TX, Barry (Lynette) King of Chandler, AR; 1 (one) Godchild Jessica Smith of Katy, TX; his mother-in-law Doris Hughes of Greenville, MS, his father-in-law Bennie (Pauline) Bowie of Greenville, MS; a special niece who he helped raise Kimari Jackson of Burlington, NC; 6 (six) sister-in-laws which he had a close bond with Tamela McWilliams was his favorite 1 (one) brother-in-law; 2(two) special friends JD Stanford of Arlington, TX, and Roosevelt Shepherd of Greenville, MS; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Several of which he helped raise, that will truly miss his bright eyes, amazing smile charismatic personality and his strong will and determination to never give up a fight. You fought a good fight, you finished the race, rest easy now our beloved Father, Husband, Child, Brother, and Uncle.
