Perry Finney was born on September 10, 1958, in Dallas, Texas. He was the fourth of five children. Perry is preceded in death by his father, Elder Ira Lee Finney and sister, Tamela Rochelle Finney. He graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in 1977. Perry was employed at Lowe's Home Improvement and was a lead at a janitorial service. Perry leaves to cherish his memories: Doris Finney, three loving daughters, Latasha Lynn Jacobs (Michael), Demetria Lynn Finney, and Perri Lynn Camper; Mother Billie M. Finney; two brothers: Ira Jr. and Elder Donald W. Finney, and one sister, Regina Finney-Mitchell; seven grandchildren and one great-grand child.
