Stella Marie Jones was born December 21, 1945 to the parentage of Joseph and Charity Taylor in New Orleans, Louisiana. She went home to be with the Lord on April 17, 2018 at Longview Regional Hospital. Sister Stella Jones was baptized at Sheppard Street Church of Christ on July 22, 2009 under the leadership of Bro. Skippy Norman where she found Christ and re-found it once again through trials and tribulations of life. Stella was employed at Pilgrim's Pride over 10 years until her health started deteriorating. Two sons Franklin(Monica)Batiste of Mount Pleasant Texas, Freddie(Horachel)Jones of Longview, Texas, and a granddaughter she raised Rachel Bozeman of Leesburg, Tx., 12 grandkids, 12 great gran kids and a host of other relatives and friends. She was proceeded in death by her husband Eddie Lee Jones and parents Joseph and Charity Taylor, three brothers' Ed Taylor, Joseph S. Taylor Jr., Clarence Taylor and one sister Yvonne Taylor, mother n law Mary (Sista) Birdine and Father n law Clarence (Dotson) Johnson.
